What We Offer—Gratis
After partnering with MuniciPaid, we’ll review any open grant opportunities your municipality might be able to take advantage of and notify staff as new funding programs become available. We’ll attend information sessions on your behalf, and we can provide insight on the eligibility of your projects/initiatives for specific funding programs.

Whether MuniciPaid finds an opportunity for your municipality or your staff beats us to the punch, we’re happy you were able to connect with an eligible funding program! If you choose to engage us from there, only then will we send you a quote to facilitate your funding application.
Our Process
We’ll look to meet with the project manager and a finance representative for a short kick-off meeting to get a solid understanding of the project/initiative and get ahead of any questions you might have for us! We’ll then send you a basic information request that checks off the all of the application requirements. We’ll review your responses, resolve contradicting information, and provide input to facilitate a fulsome grant application. Throughout the process we’ll provide reminders based on a checklist comprising all steps of our process, requirements for the specific funding program, and progress towards upcoming deadlines. Once you’re approved, we’ll help you through the formation of the transfer payment agreement.
